Submissions Policy: Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.Papers submitted to ICEEE 2025 will be automatically checked for plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) using electronic databases, including other submissions to the same conference. Severe cases of plagiarism will result in rejection of a manuscript. The most common mistake by authors is cutting and pasting from previous versions of manuscripts describing earlier stages of the same work. Double Blind Review Process: All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through a double-blind reviewing process, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way toward preserving anonymity. Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.
Copyright Form: ICEEE 2025 policy requires that, prior to publication, all authors or their employers must transfer to the ICEEE 2025 any copyright they hold for their individual papers. Transferring copyright is a necessary requirement for publication, except for material in the public domain or which is reprinted with permission from a previously published, copyrighted publication.
